About GarageTiles
This website is operated by POLYMER SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, trading as GarageTiles. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.
These terms apply when you use our website or purchase from us.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. This applies to every section below.
Products and information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Product colours may appear differently depending on your screen.
Please read the product information and installation instructions before purchasing or installing your tiles.
Our tile calculator provides an estimate based on the measurements you enter. Check your measurements and allow for your layout, trimming and spare tiles before ordering.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order. Payment is required before dispatch or collection.
If a product is unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund any payment received for the unfulfilled items.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly at sales@castlenz.com. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Prices and GST
All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
Product prices are displayed excluding GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order we have already accepted.
Shipping and pickup
Our shipping rates, dispatch estimates and pickup details are set out in our Shipping policy.
Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, missing or damaged during a delivery we arrange, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
For pickup orders, please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it.
Faulty or incorrect products
If your tiles arrive damaged, are faulty or do not match your order, contact sales@castlenz.com with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos may help us assess the issue.
We will provide the remedy required by applicable New Zealand consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund or compensation.
Any product warranty is additional to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared when you use our store.
Website content and use
Website content, branding, images and other materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may use our website and installation information to learn about, purchase and use our products. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant owner.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information or use it for unlawful activities.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those websites may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Relationship with Shopify
GarageTiles is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with GarageTiles. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and GarageTiles, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with GarageTiles.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Updated terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change terms for orders already accepted.
