Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in saleable condition.

A restocking fee applies: 15% of the value of the returned products or $75 plus GST, whichever is less. This fee is deducted from the refund.

Please contact sales@castlenz.com with your order number before returning products to discuss your order and return arrangements.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your products are faulty, arrive damaged or do not match your order, contact sales@castlenz.com with your order details and a description of the problem.

We will provide the remedy required under applicable New Zealand consumer law. The change-of-mind restocking fee, saleable-condition requirement and 30-day limit do not apply to statutory remedies.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law.
